Stafford is a leading expert in global CEO and board-level searches, with over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory.

He played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Irish and Asia Pacific operations for the global leadership advisory firm Heidrick & Struggles. During his tenure at Heidrick & Struggles, Stafford held several senior leadership roles, including Global Head of the Engineering, Infrastructure, and Sustainability Practice. He was instrumental in launching the firm’s first Industrial Practice in Asia Pacific, leading the Singapore and Sydney practices.

His expertise in succession planning, particularly for listed and pre-IPO companies, has made him a trusted advisor to boards and executives worldwide. Stafford works closely with boards and C-Suite executives to unlock transformation within their companies and enhance board effectiveness. He has extensive experience in building and advising boards, developing governance structures, and executive leadership development.

Throughout his career, Stafford has guided organizations through critical leadership transitions, aligning boards with business transformation needs and building strong leadership pipelines. His expertise in leadership assessment has helped organizations identify and nurture future leaders, guiding them through key phases of growth and organizational change. Additionally, Stafford has extensive expertise in market intelligence and talent mapping, ensuring that organizations are equipped with the right leaders to drive growth and navigate complex challenges. He also brings significant expertise in advisory board development, helping organizations establish and grow impactful boards.

Stafford serves as the Honorary Consul-General for Singapore to Ireland. He holds a Business degree from the University of Technology Sydney and qualifications from the Irish Institute of Bankers.

Lisa Chambers brings more than a decade of political experience having served as a TD, Senator and Leader of the Irish Senate.

During her time in politics Lisa was a Front Bench Spokesperson on Defence, Brexit, and European and Foreign Affairs. At the height of the Brexit negotiations Lisa was party spokesperson on Brexit and a member of the Government’s Brexit Stakeholder forum. She also served as Chair of the Senate Brexit Committee. She was also a member of the Oireachtas Committee on European Affairs, Budgetary Oversight and Children and Youth Affairs. As Leader of the Senate Lisa had responsibility for the Government’s legislative program in the Upper House and worked across all Ministers and Government departments in the context of this role.

Lisa has engaged in international representative work on behalf of the Oireachtas/Irish Parliament as a member of the Organisation for Security and Co-Operation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) sitting on the Political Affairs and Security Committee and as Vice Chair of the Ad-Hoc Committee on Countering Terrorism. She also served on a number of election monitoring missions on behalf of the OSCE PA. Lisa was convenor of the Ireland/UK Parliamentary Friendship group and also engaged with the EU Commission and European Parliament as part of her representative work.

Lisa is a former member of the Irish Defence Forces Army Reserve having served for thirteen years and achieving the officer rank of Second Lieutenant. She is passionate about the Defence Forces and has a keen interest in Irish and EU Defence policy.

Prior to politics Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree B.Comm and a Postgraduate Law Degree LL.B from University of Galway and a Masters in Commercial Law LL.M from UCD. She went on to obtain a Barrister-at-Law Degree from King’s Inns and qualified as a Barrister, practising in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Law.

Known for his passion for people, product innovation, and customer success, David has consistently led sales and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions and strategic growth across telecommunications, e-commerce, technology, and consulting.

David led large, global teams at Google and Meta to deliver growth and operations at scale. At Google, he supported millions of users across EMEA through Google Search and other consumer products, growing e-commerce businesses and driving success in online media sales, including display, mobile, and YouTube advertising. At Meta, he led a global operations team focused on user safety, working closely with policy and engineering teams to ensure secure experiences across Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram.

At Deloitte, David partnered with their technology team to drive strategic sales pipeline growth for clients across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Life Sciences sectors. He also established European operations for Wish Shopping, setting up its international headquarters in Dublin.

David launched his career as a software engineer in the telecommunications industry, collaborating with multinational giants such as Alcatel, Ericsson, and Openwave.

An active investor and advisor, David currently serves as Chair of Quantmatix and is a former board member of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

David holds a degree in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.

She has held senior leadership positions at global multinationals, including Teneo, Stryker, and Boston Scientific, where she led diverse teams in the People function across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Jane advises clients on talent development, employer branding, and people strategies during mergers and acquisitions, working with multinational corporations and national organizations to enhance leadership capabilities and organizational performance. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing leadership programs, spearheading award-winning talent initiatives, and driving organizational development and change management efforts.

Jane developed the regional Leadership Development Program at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies with $20 billion in annual sales, which has been recognized twice by Fortune as one of the world’s best companies to work for. Jane led organizational design initiatives to step-changes in team performance and leadership effectiveness, as well as ensuring seamless transitions and successful talent integration across regions during the integration of multiple major acquisitions.

At Boston Scientific, Jane led regional teams during global HR transformations. She reduced operating costs through a program of regional outsourcing across multiple regions and pioneered the use of unique and deployed organizational diagnostics to identify and resolve key operational challenges.

Jane holds a BSc in Management from Trinity College Dublin, an MBS in Human Resource Management, and multiple professional certifications in leadership assessments and coaching. Jane is an Associate with the Irish Management Institute (IMI).

She played a pivotal role in developing the firm’s point of view on CEO and Board succession, leveraging her extensive knowledge.

She is deeply committed to the pursuit of excellence and meeting the rigorous demands of the CEO & Board Practice, with a particular focus on global corporate governance. As an early advocate for board diversity, her efforts have been recognized by the FTSE Women Leaders for promoting female leadership. Her responsibilities have spanned business development, intellectual capital enhancement, event planning and maintaining strategic relationships with key external partners including Fortune Most Powerful Women, NACD, Stanford Directors’ College, WB Directors UK, the Boardroom, INSEAD, Chapter Zero and the Natural History Museum’s Centre for Biodiversity. Liam is one of Irish sport’s most accomplished leaders. As a former All-Ireland Final Champion with Tipperary as a manager in 2010 and again in 2019, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership both on and off the field. His leadership in sports has earned him numerous accolades, including Philips Manager of the Year.

Liam’s extensive work in Ireland’s sporting governance includes serving as a long-standing member of the Sport Ireland board and former Chair of the High-Performance Committee, where he oversaw the development of a national strategy for elite athletes and enhanced sporting infrastructure. He also serves on the board of University of Limerick Sport and is a former member of the GAA management committee.

Liam’s expertise in cultivating elite performance and building a culture of excellence continues to influence both the corporate and sporting worlds, making him a sought-after leader in organisational, team and individual performance. Liam holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching.

He brings 25 years of experience supporting and advising senior leadership teams across public and private sector organisations, helping them navigate complex risk, compliance and operational challenges through an empirical, intelligence led approach.

Prior to joining Consello, Matthew was Senior Intelligence Manager at Morpheus Risk, leading FTSE 100 and global industry engagements that secured financial recoveries, identified seven figure savings opportunities, strengthened H&S/financial/compliance controls, and led the delivery of a secure intelligence platform adopted as a sector first capability by a global precious metals industry association.

Earlier in his career, Matthew served as Head of HSE Risk, Compliance and Audit for a specialist scientific consultancy, providing governance and assurance in the highly regulated water and environmental space and contributing to work supporting the World Health Organisation, the European Union and the UK Environment Agency.

Matthew began his career in UK policing, serving 15 years in intelligence and leadership roles, culminating as intelligence lead for Westminster and member of the senior leadership team in arguably the UK’s most complex policing environment, supporting executive decision making, strategic risk management and multi agency operational responses at scale.
