Marc has spent more than two decades advising and building organizations around the world. He has worked with CEOs, founders, family offices, and political leaders on matters spanning strategy, leadership and organizational performance, reputation management, governance, and geopolitical risk.

Marc has operated extensively across the GCC and sub-Saharan Africa, leading complex, high-stakes client engagements. His work combines strategic counsel with operational execution—helping clients navigate uncertainty, resolve challenges, and accelerate growth.

Before joining Consello, Marc led a UK-based family office and served as Chief Operating Officer of a global strategy and innovation consultancy, where he oversaw a period of rapid growth and international expansion. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at Teneo, where he established the firm’s Dubai and Johannesburg offices and served as Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Teneo International. He also worked as an analyst at Eurasia Group and served as a foreign policy advisor to President Bill Clinton, focusing on the Middle East and Africa.

As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded businesses in areas of food and beverage, athlete management, and governance technology.

He holds a BSc in International Relations from the University of Western Ontario and an MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics.
