Tony James has spent over four decades seeing what was coming next and acting on it long before anyone else.
He built DLJ from a mid-sized brokerage into one of the most influential platforms on Wall Street by creating the leveraged buyout and private capital businesses that became the model the rest of the industry eventually adopted. He joined Blackstone as COO and constructed an entirely new set of investment businesses, helping transform the private equity firm into the world’s largest alternative asset manager. At Costco, he has spent four decades helping build and safeguard a company around a single principle — always do what is right for members, and the shareholders will take care of themselves.
Every one of those calls looked unconventional at the time. None of them do now.

Background
Prior to founding Consello, Declan was the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Teneo. During his ten-year leadership, Teneo became one of the world’s leading advisory firms.
From 2009-2011 he served as the U.S Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland at the U.S Department of State, appointed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In this role he is recognized as having helped bring significant investment to the region and played a significant role in supporting the efforts that led to the historic devolution of policing and justice powers to the Northern Ireland Assembly, giving Northern Ireland fully devolved governance for the first time in its modern history.
Prior to his government service, Declan held senior leadership roles at FTI Consulting and Financial Dynamics, two leading international consulting companies. He previously started, co-ran, and sold his own consulting company in Ireland called Gallagher & Kelly. Before that he worked as an award-winning journalist for more than a decade.
Awards / Recognition
Declan has been recognized on several occasions for his philanthropic and nonprofit work and his public service.
In 2008 he became the youngest ever recipient of the American Irish Historical Society’s prestigious Gold Medal, presented annually to one person deemed to have made a unique contribution to Irish American society.
In 2012 he was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, presented to individuals of different ethnic backgrounds who distinguish themselves by their contributions to society in the United States.
He is an honorary visiting professor in management and leadership at Queen’s University, Belfast, where he received an honorary doctorate in 2011 for his contribution to the community and economy of Northern Ireland. For the last decade he has overseen the Northern Ireland Mentorship Program which has enabled more than 100 students to date to spend a year working inside leading U.S. corporations before launching new careers in Northern Ireland.
Declan has served on numerous nonprofit boards over the last two decades and has helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars during that time on behalf of worthy causes and organizations. Declan is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Prior to Consello, Mindy served as the President and CEO of WW International, and as a member of the board of directors through March 2022. Prior to joining Consello, Janey served as Walmart’s Executive Vice President and first Chief Customer Officer, leading Walmart’s transformation of customer-centric services and solutions. Janey was at the helm of Walmart’s newest, highest growth areas, including being the architect of Walmart+, its first ever membership program, and Walmart Connect, its retail media business, a new advertising platform.
Under Janey’s direction, Walmart was recognized as an industry leader in design and innovation for implementing a series of bold strategic moves, including the merging of the Walmart apps; the definition and expansion of the retailer’s pickup and delivery offering; exploring new technologies to better employee’s work experience; and launching a new store design.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in Financial Services. In 2003, Michael joined Renaissance Capital Group as the founding CEO of Renaissance Credit. A former athlete and semi-professional Team Handball player in Sweden, Hans is the founder of the Jan Vestberg Handball Academy, named after his father, who was his handball coach for most of his sports career. Hans is also the past Chairman of the Swedish Olympic Committee.

Background
Sue Gray, a distinguished British former senior civil servant and special adviser, whose career in public service has spanned over four decades, has held several influential roles within the UK government. Most recently she served as Chief of Staff to the then Leader of the Labour Party, and current Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer. Following the 2024 general election and Sir Keir Starmer’s appointment as Prime Minister, she served as Chief of Staff at 10 Downing Street until last October. In February 2025 she was appointed to the House of Lords.
Gray began her career in the UK civil service and went on to hold key roles in several major departments, including the Department for Transport and the Department for Work and Pensions. She then assumed a series of senior positions including Second Permanent Secretary in the Cabinet Office and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. Previously, Greg was a Managing Director and the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Spring Mountain Capital, an investment management firm specializing in growth equity and special situations investing. In this role, he led the firm’s legal and compliance efforts while supporting its investment activities. Prior to joining Spring Mountain, Greg served as a Director in the Legal Department at Ramius (later Cowen Investment Management), an alternative investment management firm, where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating investment transactions and overseeing a variety of corporate legal matters.
Greg began his career as an associate in the Corporate Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.

Eliron brings extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy, M&A, and operations to his role as CFO. He has held leadership positions across a range of industries in both private equity–backed and publicly traded companies, where he oversaw financial operations, reporting, and supported significant growth initiatives.
In his previous roles, Eliron drove financial strategies for firms specializing in permanent capital investment platforms, digital intelligence solutions, smart home technologies, live entertainment, and digital media. His contributions include leading financial planning, enhancing operational scalability, and driving the expansion of complex platforms.
Eliron also served in a senior finance leadership role at a global entertainment company, where he played a central role in the firm’s worldwide expansion, completing numerous acquisitions and deploying significant capital resources. He was integral to the company’s IPO, multiple debt offerings, and successful restructuring efforts.
Earlier in his career, Eliron worked in the transaction services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on M&A advisory for both strategic and private equity clients.
He holds a BBA from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Before joining Consello, Matt served as VP of Global Marketing at Goldman Sachs, responsible for amplifying the firm’s track record of performance, long-standing client relationships, and social impact. He also stewarded the firm’s global website relaunch, delivering the excellence of the firm through a modern, precise and premium digital experience.
Prior to that, Matt was a Brand Strategy and Messaging Principal at IBM, where he helped lead IBM’s shift from a technology vendor to a collaborative, solutions-driven partner for businesses modernizing through hybrid cloud, AI, and automation.
Earlier in his career, Matt directed digital marketing and corporate communications at leading agencies, working with brands like Guinness, Tide, West Elm, American Express, and Capital One to execute integrated campaigns that drove media coverage, acquisition and market leadership.
