Richard has over 24 years of capital markets, advisory and investment banking experience, primarily in the consumer goods and luxury sectors.

Prior to Consello, Richard led Jefferies’ investment banking relationships with large cap consumer CEOs and their boards. Previously, Richard spent nearly two decades as a top ranked research analyst and salesperson at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. At Morgan Stanley he was Head of Consumer Equity Research across Food, Household, Beverages and Tobacco. Richard led coverage of Unilever, Nestlé, L’Oréal, Reckitt Benckiser, Henkel, Beiersdorf, Danone, JDE Peets and BAT.
