Background
As a Ryder Cup-winning captain in 2014, Paul led Team Europe to a historic victory over the United States at Gleneagles in
Scotland, solidifying his reputation as a leader both on and off the course.
Paul’s achievements include representing Ireland in the World Cup, which he won with Padraig Harrington in 1997, and an extraordinary record in the Ryder Cup, where he has represented Europe 14 times as either a player, Captain or Vice-Captain, winning 13 of those occasions. Beyond competition, Paul is a strategic advisor to Ryder Cup Europe, sits on the European Ryder Cup Committee and is a former member of the European Tour Board.
