Lucila has more than two decades’ experience leading corporate communications, primarily within the consumer goods sector.

Prior to Consello, Lucila was Head of Global Corporate Communications at Unilever. She spent 15 years at the company, in various roles, directly advising CEOs and senior leaders on reputation management and stakeholder engagement, defining corporate narrative and communications strategy, and helping navigate high-stakes challenges including investor pressure, corporate transformation, M&A, geopolitical crises, sustainability issues, and leadership transitions.

Before joining Unilever, Lucila worked at Pernod Ricard UK, and previously she worked agency-side in government affairs and media relations in the UK and in Argentina, where she’s originally from.
