For more than twenty years, he has advised multinational corporations and investors on the business implications of geopolitical developments, political risk, and disruptions in global markets.

Prior to joining Consello, Wolf founded and co-led the geopolitical risk advisory business at Teneo, where he helped build a global platform of analysts and advisers. He worked closely with CEOs, boards, and investors, helping organizations navigate geopolitical disruption and translate political complexity into strategic decisions around operational resilience, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk.

Earlier in his career, Wolf led the London office of Eurasia Group and headed its Europe practice during the Eurozone crisis, advising financial institutions, corporations, and public sector clients on political and economic risk across the region.

Wolf is a sought-after public speaker and frequent media commentator, regularly addressing global audiences on geopolitical risks, emerging trends, and their implications for business and global markets.

He holds a PhD in International Politics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and an MAin International Relations from Bilkent University.
