Prior to Consello, Josh was the Chief Marketing Officer for the B2B Business at Wayfair, where he was responsible for the full-stack marketing function and go to market strategy for the business.

Previously, Josh held general management, marketing, customer loyalty, customer experience and sales leaderships positions with American Express across their global consumer, small business, and enterprise payments businesses. He began his career providing consulting and end-to-end customer program management services to major banks, payment networks, airlines, and telecommunications companies in Sydney.

Josh holds a Masters Degree in Marketing from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney.
