With over two decades of experience across communications, consulting, operations and asset management, she has advised some of the world’s largest companies, including The Walt Disney Company and Coca Cola, and has worked across North and South America, the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa. Prior to Consello, she served as the Global Head of Strategic Initiatives at Teneo, working closely with Senior Leadership on global integration and business development. As an operator, she was the President of a payments processing solutions company which provided online and retail payments for lotteries, and oversaw 45% growth per annum across Western Africa.

Earlier in the her career, she ran the Market Intelligence Research Team and was Director of Strategy and Communications at FTI Consulting, following its acquisition of Financial Dynamics.

Olivia currently sits on the Executive Committee of a Private Investment Corporation, evaluating global investment opportunities, and is on the Board of Advisors for an agricultural and sugar milling business in the Philippines.
