He has more than 35 years of investment banking experience in both North America and Europe, primarily involving mergers & acquisitions but also including financial restructuring and both debt and equity capital raising.

Prior to Consello, he was a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, Rothschild and Citigroup. He started his career at JP Morgan. His primary industry focus was on energy, power, utilities and infrastructure. He is the Founder of RHW Advisory, which assists clients primarily engaged in early-stage businesses.

He has served since 2025 as an Independent Director for American Transmission Company, which owns and operates a high voltage electric transmission business serving more than 5 million customers in parts of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Illinois.
