Prior to joining Spring Mountain, Greg served as a Director in the Legal Department at Ramius (later Cowen Investment Management), an alternative investment management firm, where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating investment transactions and overseeing a variety of corporate legal matters.

In his previous roles, Eliron drove financial strategies for firms specializing in permanent capital investment platforms, digital intelligence solutions, smart home technologies, live entertainment, and digital media. His contributions include overseeing financial planning, operational execution, and driving the expansion of platforms.
Eliron also served as VP of Finance at a global entertainment company, where he played a central role in the firm’s worldwide growth, completing numerous acquisitions and deploying significant capital resources. He was integral to the company’s IPO, multiple debt offerings, and successful restructuring efforts.

Elman holds an M.B.A. from Baruch College in CIS and Finance and a B.S. from New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering. In addition, he has numerous certifications in his field.
