In 2025 Consello led the formation of a new ownership group for the English soccer club Salford City FC. The club is led by new club co-chairs Declan Kelly and Lord Mervyn Davies, alongside David Beckham, Gary Neville and convenes members with exceptional experience from the highest levels of business and sport.
