WestRock Announces $20Bn Merger Agreement with Smurfit Kappa

The Consello Group acted as financial advisor to WestRock, the second largest paper and packaging producer in the United States, in its $20 billion merger agreement with Europe’s largest paper and packaging producer, Smurfit Kappa. Once complete, the merger will create the world’s largest packaging company by revenue.
