Cisco Announces $28Bn Acquisition of Splunk

The Consello Group acted as a financial advisor to Cisco, a worldwide technology leader, in its agreement to acquire the cybersecurity and data analytics firm Splunk for $28 billion in cash. The deal, Cisco’s largest-ever acquisition, will create one of the world’s biggest software companies.
