Currently, Kelly also sits on the Boards of Directors of cloud data company Snowflake, as well as Gilead Sciences, a biotechnology company, and Coinbase, a financial technology company that provides end-to-end financial infrastructure and technology for the cryptoeconomy. During his tenure, he held several senior management roles, including Chief Financial Officer – North America and was a member of the bank’s Regional Management Committee. David managed a large and diverse group of finance professionals in addition to providing transitional leadership and financial expertise related to ABN AMRO’s acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO, David was a Vice President and Controller of the Corporate Trust Division of Bankers Trust Company and a Manager in the Financial Services Audit Practice of Ernst & Young.

Mark has also held executive roles in the advertising industry leading both traditional and digital specialist agencies and working on behalf of brands as varied as AT&T, Autism Works, McDonald’s, Microsoft and Unilever.

Elman has decades of experience in IT and oversees the technology operations and employee support services at Consello where he integrates IT with cybersecurity, compliance, business continuity plans and operations.
