Over the past two decades, she has held global operational leadership and consulting roles at EY and McKinsey & Company, where she led large-scale transformations and advised clients across sectors – including consumer goods, health, retail, government, and industrials – on navigating disruption and improving performance.

At EY, she most recently served as Americas Sustainability Leader, where she built a high-growth, market-leading client practice, launched innovative sustainability solutions, and led the firm’s internal decarbonization efforts. She previously served as Global Digital Leader, spearheading the firm’s digital strategy and transformation.
