Jane brings over 20 years of experience partnering with C-Suite executives and business leaders to build organizational capability. She partners with leaders to develop the skills needed to navigate complex business environments and drive transformative change.
She has held senior leadership positions at global multinationals, including Teneo, Stryker, and Boston Scientific, where she led diverse teams in the People function across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Jane advises clients on talent development, employer branding, and people strategies during mergers and acquisitions, working with multinational corporations and national organizations to enhance leadership capabilities and organizational performance. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing leadership programs, spearheading award-winning talent initiatives, and driving organizational development and change management efforts.
Jane developed the regional Leadership Development Program at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies with $20 billion in annual sales, which has been recognized twice by Fortune as one of the world’s best companies to work for. Jane led organizational design initiatives to step-changes in team performance and leadership effectiveness, as well as ensuring seamless transitions and successful talent integration across regions during the integration of multiple major acquisitions.
At Boston Scientific, Jane led regional teams during global HR transformations. She reduced operating costs through a program of regional outsourcing across multiple regions and pioneered the use of unique and deployed organizational diagnostics to identify and resolve key operational challenges.
Jane holds a BSc in Management from Trinity College Dublin, an MBS in Human Resource Management, and multiple professional certifications in leadership assessments and coaching. Jane is an Associate with the Irish Management Institute (IMI).
