Jack is Head of Executive Search Practice, Consello UK, and has spent the last 13 years advising the Boards of some of the world’s most complex, global businesses on highly sensitive and critical challenges around succession planning, board, and executive appointments. His clients continue to span the FTSE100 and other global listed organizations. Jack regularly advises Founders, investors and family-owned, and private equity backed businesses as well.

Prior to joining Consello, Jack was a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm, having worked at Ridgeway Partners, the boutique board and executive search firm, prior to their acquisition by Teneo in 2021.

Jack sits on the Corporate Board of Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in London and is heavily involved in supporting organizations focused on research and development into Kawasaki Disease and Autism.

Prior to his career in Talent Advisory, Jack was a professional cricketer and continues to play and captain sides today.
