Gavin most recently served as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Salesforce Inc., where he oversaw significant annual revenue growth for the Fortune 500 company from 2019 to 2023.
Prior to his role at Salesforce, he was Chief Executive of BT Group plc for nearly six years, leading the FTSE 100 company through the acquisition of EE, major fiber network investments, and an expansion into cybersecurity solutions.
Additionally, he brings extensive board experience from roles with British Airways, Kraken, Ocado Group, the British-American Business Association, and Wix, and serves as a Senior Advisor to Octopus Energy, Celonis, CAA, and Blackstone.
