Wendy ​Nicholson joined ​Consello from ​Robert W. ​Baird, ​where ​she ​was a ​Managing Director in ​the ​firm’s Global ​Consumer Investment Banking Group and led Baird’s ​Beauty & Wellness practice. ​ Prior ​to Baird, ​Wendy spent ​more than 30 years at ​Citi, where ​she last ​served ​as Co-Head ​of Citi’s ​Global ​Consumer ​Equity ​Research sector. ​ Wendy ​received a ​bachelor’s ​degree in U.S. ​history from the ​University of ​Pennsylvania ​and ​an MBA ​from Stern School of Business ​at ​New York University.
