Courtney Adante is a global risk executive with a track record of building advisory businesses and helping organizations navigate their most consequential risks and existential issues. For more than two decades she has guided global companies and their executive teams through crises ranging from market dislocations to cyberattacks and man-made and natural disasters, with a focus on resilience, continuity of operations and crisis communications when exposure is highest.

Background
Previously, as Global Head of Risk Advisory at Teneo, Courtney built and scaled the firm’s global risk advisory business, working with Fortune 500 companies, universities and law enforcement agencies on matters spanning physical, cyber and reputational risk.
Prior to that, she led global client accounts at Accenture’s capital markets practice, directing multimillion-dollar risk management programs and built her early career inside the markets themselves at Instinet/Island ECN, Eurex/Deutsche Börse, and the former Chicago Board of Trade as an investigator. Courtney holds an MS in Cybersecurity Risk & Strategy from NYU and an MBA from Loyola University. She is a member of the American Council on Germany.
