Consello Advises Entrepreneur Equity Partners on Investment in Racing Club de Lens

On August 31, 2026, Racing Club de Lens (RC Lens) announced that Entrepreneur Equity Partners (EEP) had acquired a 13.93% minority stake in the club. Consello advised EEP on the investment, which will support major development projects at Stade Bollaert-Delelis designed to enhance the supporter experience, expand the stadium’s year-round use and support the club’s long-term growth.
