Prior to Consello, Ted was a Managing Director, Head of Strategic Situations and Investor Relations at Edelman Smithfield where he was a member of the firm’s global leadership team and advised senior management and boards of public and private companies on strategic communications, including investor relations, M&A, shareholder activism, IPOs and crisis matters.   
   
Before joining Edelman, Ted held senior roles at Parkway Properties and Nasdaq. At Nasdaq, he was Head of the Investor Relations Advisory Development and responsible for executing a product development strategy for the firm’s IR advisory and shareholder activism defense businesses.   
   
Ted received an M.B.A from Fordham University and a B.A. from Lafayette College.
