Prior to his government service, Declan held senior leadership roles at FTI Consulting and Financial Dynamics, two leading international consulting companies. He previously started, co-ran, and sold his own consulting company in Ireland called Gallagher & Kelly. Before that he worked as an award-winning journalist for more than a decade.

In 2008 he became the youngest ever recipient of the American Irish Historical Society’s prestigious Gold Medal, presented annually to one person deemed to have made a unique contribution to Irish American society.
In 2012 he was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, presented to individuals of different ethnic backgrounds who distinguish themselves by their contributions to society in the United States.
He is an honorary visiting professor in management and leadership at Queen’s University, Belfast, where he received an honorary doctorate in 2011 for his contribution to the community and economy of Northern Ireland. For the last decade he has overseen the Northern Ireland Mentorship Program which has enabled more than 100 students to date to spend a year working inside leading U.S. corporations before launching new careers in Northern Ireland.

Prior to Consello, Mindy served as the President and CEO of WW International, and as a member of the board of directors through March 2022. She joined the company in July 2017 where she led the organization’s rebrand from Weight Watchers to WW to reflect their new purpose – “To inspire healthy habits for real life. *For people, families, communities, the world – for everyone,” to be the brand to democratize wellness for all. She also oversaw the digital transformation of WW; launched three breakthrough food program innovations; led the formation of WWGOOD and the Healthy Living Coalition; as well as the WW Presents “Oprah’s 2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus” national tour.
Prior to WW, Mindy served as the CEO and a member of the board of directors at HSNi where she oversaw a $4 billion direct to consumer retail portfolio. She positioned HSNi as a leader in boundaryless retail, integrating entertainment, content, commerce and community and offering customers a seamless shopping experience across multiple channels. Under Janey’s direction, Walmart was recognized as an industry leader in design and innovation for implementing a series of bold strategic moves, including the merging of the Walmart apps; the definition and expansion of the retailer’s pickup and delivery offering; exploring new technologies to better employee’s work experience; and launching a new store design.

Elizabeth directed the company’s business expansion, talent and operational requirements and capital allocation through all phases of the company’s growth. Prior to Cisco, Kelly was CFO of GE Healthcare Systems. During her 20 years with General Electric, she held other CFO roles including CFO of GE Healthcare Biosciences and worked in GE’s corporate headquarters and Transportation Systems and Aerospace divisions. Currently, Kelly also sits on the Boards of Directors of cloud data company Snowflake, as well as Gilead Sciences, a biotechnology company, and Coinbase, a financial technology company that provides end-to-end financial infrastructure and technology for the cryptoeconomy. She serves on the Audit Committee for Snowflake and as the Chair of the Audit Committee for Gilead Sciences and the Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee at Coinbase.

From 2002 until joining CIM in 2007, Greg was an associate in the Corporate Department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Prior to joining Corporate Partners in 2011, David was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Tri-Artisan Partners, a privately held merchant bank engaged in principal investment and corporate finance advisory activity.
From 1997 to 2008, David served in various roles at ABN AMRO and acquired operations of ING Barings. During his tenure, he held several senior management roles, including Chief Financial Officer – North America and was a member of the bank’s Regional Management Committee. David managed a large and diverse group of finance professionals in addition to providing transitional leadership and financial expertise related to ABN AMRO’s acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO, David was a Vice President and Controller of the Corporate Trust Division of Bankers Trust Company and a Manager in the Financial Services Audit Practice of Ernst & Young.
David is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Montclair State University.

Prior to joining Consello, Mark was the Head of Brand Marketing at Goldman Sachs where he was focused on developing programs to support key GS platforms like 10,000 Small Businesses and One Million Black Women. Working in the Executive Office, his team oversaw the global digital footprint and orchestrated key corporate reporting releases such as the quarterly financial results, the annual report and the annual sustainability report.
Mark has also held executive roles in the advertising industry leading both traditional and digital specialist agencies and working on behalf of brands as varied as AT&T, Autism Works, McDonald’s, Microsoft and Unilever.
Mark holds an MSc in Advertising from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Trinity College, Dublin.

Prior to joining Consello, Stephanie served as Chief People Officer at Fairstead and also worked for Eastman and IPG Mediabrands in the human resources department. With a background spanning multiple industries, Stephanie has implemented impactful competency development programs and leadership coaching initiatives to support the full employee life cycle.
Stephanie received an M.B.A. from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a B.S. from the University of Houston.

Elman Rafailov is Head of Information Technology at Consello. Previously, Elman was the Global Head of Support Services at Silver Lake.

Elman has decades of experience in IT and oversees the technology operations and employee support services at Consello where he integrates IT with cybersecurity, compliance, business continuity plans and operations.
Elman has experience across a few different alternative asset firms including Investcorp, Angelo, Gordon & Co. and Magnetar Capital as well as the NYSE.
Elman holds an M.B.A. from Baruch College in CIS and Finance and a B.S. from New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering. In addition, he has numerous certifications in his field.
