Declan Kelly is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Consello. He is an advisor to many of the world’s leading companies and CEOs.
Prior to founding Consello, Declan was the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Teneo. During his ten-year leadership, Teneo became one of the world’s leading advisory firms.
From 2009-2011 he served as the U.S Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland at the U.S Department of State, appointed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In this role he is recognized as having helped bring significant investment to the region and played a significant role in supporting the efforts that led to the historic devolution of policing and justice powers to the Northern Ireland Assembly, giving Northern Ireland fully devolved governance for the first time in its modern history.
Prior to his government service, Declan held senior leadership roles at FTI Consulting and Financial Dynamics, two leading international consulting companies. He previously started, co-ran, and sold his own consulting company in Ireland called Gallagher & Kelly. Before that he worked as an award-winning journalist for more than a decade.
Declan has been recognized on several occasions for his philanthropic and nonprofit work and his public service.
In 2008 he became the youngest ever recipient of the American Irish Historical Society’s prestigious Gold Medal, presented annually to one person deemed to have made a unique contribution to Irish American society.
In 2012 he was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, presented to individuals of different ethnic backgrounds who distinguish themselves by their contributions to society in the United States.
He is an honorary visiting professor in management and leadership at Queen’s University, Belfast, where he received an honorary doctorate in 2011 for his contribution to the community and economy of Northern Ireland. For the last decade he has overseen the Northern Ireland Mentorship Program which has enabled more than 100 students to date to spend a year working inside leading U.S. corporations before launching new careers in Northern Ireland.
Declan has served on numerous nonprofit boards over the last two decades and has helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars during that time on behalf of worthy causes and organizations. Declan is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Dr. Salazar is a seasoned entrepreneur with vast experience in driving and managing digital transformation in legacy industries such as transport, logistics, healthcare, finance, food and waste management.
Best known for his role as founding Chief Technology Officer at Uber Technologies, Dr. Salazar developed the prototype and led the architectural design of the app that revolutionized transportation, logistics and even food delivery.
Following that radical innovation, Dr. Salazar has been providing his expertise in the design and architecture of innovative products and systems for companies in the U.S., Latin America and Europe (e.g., Pager, Rubicon Global, Cornershop, Frete.com, Socure, etc.).

Mindy Grossman is a Partner at Consello. She is a high-energy, disruptive leader with extensive experience in building and transforming consumer brands.
Prior to Consello, Mindy served as the President and CEO of WW International, and as a member of the board of directors through March 2022. She joined the company in July 2017 where she led the organization’s rebrand from Weight Watchers to WW to reflect their new purpose – “To inspire healthy habits for real life. *For people, families, communities, the world – for everyone,” to be the brand to democratize wellness for all. She also oversaw the digital transformation of WW; launched three breakthrough food program innovations; led the formation of WWGOOD and the Healthy Living Coalition; as well as the WW Presents “Oprah’s 2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus” national tour.
Prior to WW, Mindy served as the CEO and a member of the board of directors at HSNi where she oversaw a $4 billion direct to consumer retail portfolio. She positioned HSNi as a leader in boundaryless retail, integrating entertainment, content, commerce and community and offering customers a seamless shopping experience across multiple channels. Prior to that, Mindy served as CEO of IAC Retail, the former parent company of HSNi. She successfully took IAC Retail public in 2008 and subsequently became CEO of HSNi until 2017.
Before joining IAC, Mindy served as a Global Vice President at Nike, Inc., where she oversaw its $4 billion global apparel business and served as co-chair of Nike’s Women’s Leadership Council. Earlier in her career, Mindy served as President and CEO of Polo Jeans Company, Vice President of New Business Development at Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, President of Chaps Ralph Lauren, and Senior Vice President of Menswear for Warnaco, Inc. She also held senior positions at Tommy Hilfiger and Oxford Industries.
Throughout her career, Mindy has been widely recognized for her leadership including being named to Forbes Magazine’s “The 100 Most Powerful Women;” The Financial Times “Top 50 Women in World Business;” TIME Magazine’s “50 Most Influential People in Healthcare;” and was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Corporate Innovation. Mark has more than 38 years of experience advising clients and leading top M&A teams. Selected recent transactions include: Kroger – Albertson’s (pending), Broadcom – VMWare (pending), Permira – Mimecast, Brookfield’s 19.9% stake in First Energy Transmission, WPX – Devon Energy, LVMH – Tiffany, Broadcom – Symantec Enterprise Unit and Disney – Fox.
Prior to joining Consello, Mark was Co-Head of Global Mergers & Acquisitions at Citi. Prior to joining Citi in 2008, Mark was Head of Global M&A at Lehman Brothers.
Mark is on the Board of Governors of Multiplying Good, the largest and most prestigious platform for public service in America and on the Board of Trustees of The Gilder-Lehrman Institute of American History. He is a frequent contributor to CNBC and Bloomberg television on M&A matters.

Janey is a recognized leader with extensive experience across a range of marketing, digital and commercial disciplines. She has a track record of growing and transforming some of the world’s most iconic products and brands.
Prior to joining Consello, Janey served as Walmart’s Executive Vice President and first Chief Customer Officer, leading Walmart’s transformation of customer-centric services and solutions. Janey was at the helm of Walmart’s newest, highest growth areas, including being the architect of Walmart+, its first ever membership program, and Walmart Connect, its retail media business, a new advertising platform.
Under Janey’s direction, Walmart was recognized as an industry leader in design and innovation for implementing a series of bold strategic moves, including the merging of the Walmart apps; the definition and expansion of the retailer’s pickup and delivery offering; exploring new technologies to better employee’s work experience; and launching a new store design.
Prior to Walmart, Janey spent over 20 years at American Express in senior management roles across business development, marketing, and operating roles in various customer segments. During her tenure with the company, Janey rose to Executive Vice President and leading the Global Premium Product, Benefits & Services team and became known as the force behind the highly successful re-launch of the iconic Platinum card. Prior to American Express, Janey worked at HSBC bank in the United Kingdom.

Peter Morrow is the Managing Partner of Consello Capital.
Peter has been a successful private equity investor for over 20 years. Prior to joining Consello, he was the Co-Founder of Sycamore Partners, a premier private equity fund focused on consumer, retail, and distribution related businesses.
Before Sycamore, Peter worked at Golden Gate Capital, investing across a variety of sectors including technology, business services and consumer. He started his career at Bain & Company, where he principally advised private equity firms.
Peter received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Stanford University.

Richard Powell is a Partner and the Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Corporate Development at Consello.
Rick’s career has included senior management roles in communications, public affairs, government relations and venture capital firms. He has spent considerable time orchestrating global projects for multinational corporations, as well as providing political and communications advice to CEOs and world leaders, including the Prime Minister of Italy and the President of the Ukraine.
Prior to joining Consello, Rick was President of Chobani Futures and Vice Chairman and President of Strategy at Teneo. Prior to Teneo, Rick was Bloomberg L.P.’s Chief Communications Officer, where he built Bloomberg’s global communications strategy and infrastructure to support the company’s core financial products business, as well as its growth in new products and emerging markets.
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Rick was Chief Operating Officer Worldwide of Burson-Marsteller, the global public relations and communications firm. He also served as the Global Chair of Burson-Marsteller’s Corporate Practice and counseled many clients, including Coca-Cola, HP and Accenture.
Before his 2007 return to Burson-Marsteller (where he started his career), Rick served as Managing Director of Quinn Gillespie & Associates (QGA), one of Washington, D.C.’s leading public affairs and lobbying firms. At QGA, he managed the financial and operational functions of the firm and provided public affairs and corporate communications counsel to a variety of QGA clients, including: Bank of America, HP, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Dell. He also managed QGA’s International Practice and led projects in China, Brussels, Italy, Serbia, Bosnia, Albania, Macedonia and the Ivory Coast. Additionally, Rick helped guide the acquisition of QGA by WPP in 2004.
Rick previously worked in venture capital management, first as co-founder and Managing Director of Washington, D.C.-based technology incubator, VenCatalyst, and then as Managing Director of the New York office of Idealab after its acquisition of VenCatalyst.

Steve Mollenkopf is a Senior Advisor at Consello. He is a proven leader and global executive. Steve is the former Chief Executive Officer and Director at Qualcomm where he spent most of his career and helped define and implement Qualcomm’s strategy and technologies. Steve helped lead the company through the transitions to 3G, 4G and 5G since the beginning of his career as an engineer more than 25 years ago.
Steve served as Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to 2021, Chief Executive Officer-elect and President from 2013 to 2014, and as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2013. Steve joined Qualcomm in 1994 as an engineer and throughout his tenure at Qualcomm held several other technical and leadership roles.
Steve’s experience as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Qualcomm, an engineering-driven, high-technology manufacturing company, enables him to bring critical insights in areas such as engineering leadership, risk management, leading a complex business with a global reach, and oversight of large-scale efforts to develop and test new technologies. A long-time engineer, he also possesses expertise and direct leadership experience in precision engineering, project management, manufacturing, quality control and designing testing regimes for complex systems. Steve is a published IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) author and an inventor on 38 patents in areas such as power estimation and measurement, multi-standard transmitters and wireless communication transceiver technology.
Steve currently serves as a Special Advisor to Qualcomm and on the Board of Directors of Boeing, and he previously served as a Director of General Electric Company from 2016 to 2018.
Steve holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Wendy Clark is a Partner at Consello.
Before joining Consello, Wendy was the Global Chief Executive of Dentsu International, a leader in media, customer experience management and creative solutions, where she led the company’s transformation into a worldwide integrated network operating across 145 global markets and employing over 45,000 people. While at Dentsu, Ms. Clark also acted as Executive Officer of Dentsu Group Inc. and was a member of the Dentsu Group Board.
Before joining Dentsu, Wendy also served as the CEO for DDB Worldwide.
Previously she served as President, Sparkling Brands & Strategic Marketing for Coca-Cola North America; and as Senior Vice President, Advertising for AT&T.
Called “one of the most important women in advertising” by Advertising Age, Wendy has earned numerous recognitions over the course of her career, including the “Matrix Award” from New York Women in Communications, and the She Runs It “Advertising Woman of the Year” award; she was also named the “Brand Refresher” on the Fast Company top ten list of “Innovative Business Disruptors.”

Rebecca E. Rooney, CFA
Partner and Chief Operating Officer
Rebecca E. Rooney is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Consello. Her background consists of 10 years of experience within asset management and 5 years within investment banking.
Prior to joining Consello, Rebecca was a Principal at Integrum Holdings, a Senior Vice President at UBS Financial Services and an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan. Rebecca also worked within the Corporate and Social Responsibility Group at J.P. Morgan Chase and has her Chartered Socially Responsible Investing Counselor designation.
Rebecca’s career in finance began at Wells Fargo in the Corporate Banking division as a credit underwriter before working in investment banking in Leverage Finance at GE Capital.
Rebecca received an M.B.A. from Rice University, a B.S.M. from Tulane University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Kelly Kramer is a Senior Advisor at Consello. She is an experienced finance executive having most
recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Cisco.
In this role, she was responsible for managing the company’s financial strategy and overseeing all
financial functions, acquisition program, integrations, corporate development, and investor relations for the $49 billion revenue company with more than 76,000 employees. She brings a wealth of experience in
financial planning and analysis and mergers and acquisitions, among other areas.
Prior to Cisco, Kelly was CFO of GE Healthcare Systems. During her 20 years with General Electric, she
held other CFO roles including CFO of GE Healthcare Biosciences and worked in GE’s corporate
headquarters and Transportation Systems and Aerospace divisions. Currently, Kelly also sits on the
Boards of Directors of cloud data company Snowflake, as well as Gilead Sciences, a biotechnology
company, and Coinbase, a financial technology company that provides end-to-end financial
infrastructure and technology for the cryptoeconomy. She serves on the Audit Committee for Snowflake
and as the Chair of the Audit Committee for Gilead Sciences and the Chair of the Audit and Compliance
Committee at Coinbase.
Kelly holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Purdue University and received the Purdue University
College of Science Distinguished Alumni Award in 2017.
CEO of Consello Digital
Itay Tuchman is CEO of Consello Digital, the company’s Digital Assets Advisory business.
Prior to joining Consello, Mr. Tuchman was the Global Head of Foreign Exchange at Citi, which he joined in 1998. Prior to his most recent role at Citi, he was the Head of Citi’s Markets and Securities Services business covering Australia and New Zealand from 2014 to 2017, Head of Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates Trading in Japan from 2012 to 2014, and successfully led Citi’s Short-Term Interest Rate trading business out of London in the years through the financial crisis; engaging with numerous Central Banks, policymakers, clients and others in helping navigate liquidity and funding challenges throughout that period.
Over the past number of years, he has led the ongoing engagement between bank trading desks, global regulators and Digital Asset/Crypto-focused institutions both within Citi and for the wider FX marketplace. As chair of the industry-wide Global Foreign Exchange Division (GXFD), he worked across the globe to support a well-functioning, safer, and more efficient currencies market and led the efforts in pushing the Foreign Exchange industry into engaging with Digital Assets and decentralized financial systems more meaningfully. He is also a strategic advisor to a handful of innovative companies and blockchain networks within the Digital Assets space.

Siobhan MacDermott is a Partner at Consello. Siobhan’s career has spanned 25+ years at the intersection of global business, banking, intelligence and technology.
Siobhan was recently a Partner at Independence Point Advisors (IPA). Prior to joining IPA, she was Vice Chair of Global Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America (BofA) as well as Head of the Global Cyber Public Policy team responsible for BofA’s participation in programs dedicated to improving the risk and cyber resiliency of the global financial system.
Prior to BofA, Siobhan led the Cyber Economics Practice at Ernst & Young (EY) where she consulted for Fortune 500 Boards on geopolitics, intelligence and cybersecurity. Prior to EY, she spent over 20 years working overseas and in Silicon Valley. In addition, Siobhan is an accomplished author, with six books to her name.
Siobhan is a Professor of Practice at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
Siobhan is an Advisory Board Member at Temple University Institute for Law, Innovation and Technology. She serves on the Board of the Institute of the Americas, is the Vice Chair of the Fund for Peace, is an Associate Fellow at the Global Fellowship Initiative at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, is a Fellow at Aspen Finance Leaders Fellowship and is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Peter Mattoon is a Senior Advisor and Chair of Consello Digital.
Peter is the Founder and Executive Chairman of SCS Financial and has over 30 years of experience in investment management. Launched in 2002, SCS serves approximately 200 clients and manages over $30 billion of assets.
Prior to SCS, Peter was a Managing Director at Scudder, Stevens & Clark where he was on Scudder’s Management Committee. He currently serves on the boards of Autograph.io, an NFT platform that brings together the most iconic brands and legendary names in sports, entertainment and culture; Brady Brand, an apparel company; and Religion of Sports (Board Observer), a sports media company. He was also Chairman and/or Director of several Scudder sponsored investment companies in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Previously, Peter was on the Board of Universal Studios Japan until its acquisition by Comcast, Nucleus Scientific, an electric vehicle technology company, and Polyjoule, an energy storage business. Peter also served on the Boards of Concord Academy and Joslin Diabetes Center, the world’s largest diabetes research center and clinic. He was Chairman of the Investment Committee at both institutions during his tenure.

Alex Spiro is a Senior Advisor at Consello. He is a well-known litigator and successful investor.
Alex serves as Chairman of Glassbridge Enterprises and is a board member and strategic advisor to a number of groundbreaking companies. Alex is a former prosecutor and the former coordinator of an autism children’s program at McLean Hospital, Harvard’s psychiatric hospital.
Alex is a graduate of the Harvard Law School where he continues to teach. He has lectured and written on a variety of subjects related to psychology and the law.
Greg Sandukas is the General Counsel of Consello.
Previously, Greg was a Managing Director and the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Spring Mountain Capital (SMC), an investment management firm focused on growth equity and special situations investing.
Prior to joining SMC in 2012, Greg was a Director in the Legal Department at Cowen Investment Management (CIM), an alternative investment management firm, where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating investment-related transactions and overseeing other corporate matters on behalf of both CIM and Cowen Inc., CIM’s parent company.
From 2002 until joining CIM in 2007, Greg was an associate in the Corporate Department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
Greg received a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond. He is a member of the New York Bar.
David Boemo is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Consello.
Previously, David was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Corporate Partners. Prior to joining Corporate Partners in 2011, David was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Tri-Artisan Partners, a privately held merchant bank engaged in principal investment and corporate finance advisory activity.
From 1997 to 2008, David served in various roles at ABN AMRO and acquired operations of ING Barings. During his tenure, he held several senior management roles, including Chief Financial Officer – North America and was a member of the bank’s Regional Management Committee. David managed a large and diverse group of finance professionals in addition to providing transitional leadership and financial expertise related to ABN AMRO’s acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO, David was a Vice President and Controller of the Corporate Trust Division of Bankers Trust Company and a Manager in the Financial Services Audit Practice of Ernst & Young.
David is a Certified Public Accountant and has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Montclair State University.
Head of Human Resources
Suzanne Segur is Head of Human Resources at Consello and is a Human Resources leader with 20+ years of progressive experience evolving and developing HR programs on both a regional and international basis.
Prior to joining Consello, Suzanne acted as Interim Head of Human Resources for MOTION Physical Therapy Group’s acquisition by Confluent Health, a Partners Group company.
She previously held leadership roles at Veritas Capital where she was a member of the Firm Operations Senior Leadership Team, Insight Investment where she was a member of the North American Management Committee and CIFC. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at Jefferies, ING and UBS in both New York and London.
Outside of work, Suzanne is an active member of her New York City community, where she is a Trustee of The Epiphany School Foundation and the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association.
Suzanne holds a B.A. in Communications from Loyola University Maryland.
Elman Rafailov is IT Director at Consello.
Previously, Elman was the Global Head of Support Services at Silver Lake. Elman has decades of experience in IT and oversees the technology operations and employee support services at Consello where he integrates IT with cybersecurity, compliance, business continuity plans and operations.
Elman has experience across a few different alternative asset firms including Investcorp, Angelo, Gordon
& Co. and Magnetar Capital as well as the NYSE.
Elman earned an M.B.A. from Baruch College in CIS and Finance and a B.S. from New York University
Polytechnic School of Engineering. In addition, he has numerous certifications in his field.
George Tierney is a Senior Managing Director of Consello Investment Banking.
Prior to joining Consello, George was the Chief Operating Officer of Global M&A and of the Media and Telecommunications groups at Citi.
Prior to joining Citi, George was the Chief Operating Officer of Global M&A at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. At Lehman Brothers, he also served as Head of Business Strategy and Chief of Staff for Investment Banking. He served on the Investment Banking Executive Committee and the Business Development Committee. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, George held several senior marketing and product management roles at IBM.
George holds a bachelor’s degree in American History from Yale University.
Sarah Quinlan is Consello’s Chief Economist.
She has over 25 years of macroeconomic asset management experience encompassing all asset classes.
She has also been an advisor to C-suite executives, boards of directors and government officials in over 50 countries.
At Consello, Sarah works across all the Firm’s businesses, applying her deep understanding of global market trends and the practical application of economic data, in order to advise Consello’s advisory and investing clients.
Prior to joining Consello, Sarah was the Managing Director and Founder of SAQ Economic Advisory LLC. Before SAQ, she was Senior Vice President for Global Market Insights at Mastercard.
Before Mastercard, she was a Partner and Strategic Advisor at Matrix Advisors, working with corporations in industries ranging from insurance to glycol recycling.
Sarah also previously held the role of CIO of a Family Office with $30 billion in AUM, driving strong returns across equities, bonds, commodities and alternative investments on behalf of her clients. Sarah began her career in Commercial Real Estate Investment Banking at Salomon Brothers.

Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships
Alonso Aznar is Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships at Consello. He is a proven business leader with an extensive knowledge partnering with large enterprises, managing and building operations globally and executing investment strategies.
Before joining Consello, Alonso was the General Manager of Iberia and LatAm at Afiniti, a world leading applied artificial intelligence company, where Alonso built and led the regional OpCos, as well as managed P&L and teams. Alonso partnered with the management teams of the largest enterprises in the cable, telecom, banking, insurance, retail, travel and healthcare industries to drive profitability through technology. Prior to this role, Alonso was Global Head of Growth, leading operations in more than 15 countries.
In 2015, Alonso founded Zala Capital Partners, an investment and advisory firm that focuses on the telecom, technology, travel and hospitality, energy, sports and entertainment industries. Alonso has helped many large enterprises with Corporate and M&A strategies, as well as built a portfolio of more than 20 investments.
Earlier in his career, Alonso was an investment professional at Rhône Group, a leading global private equity firm investing in businesses with pan-European and trans-Atlantic presence, with $12+ billion of AUM, based in London and New York. He was previously with the investment banking division of Citigroup in London.
Guy Cartwright is Managing Director at Consello.
Guy has spent his career with CEOs and global companies executing growth, transformations and major turnaround efforts as an executive, advisor and private equity partner. As an executive prior to Consello, Guy served as SVP, Acceleration/Transformation at Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 global technology solutions provider where he reported to the CEO and led all major value-creating growth, operational and transformation efforts globally. Before Ingram, Guy was VP, Operations at Asurion Corporation, a global technology business which grew from $500M to $3.5B revenue during his four-year tenure. Guy was also Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Juul Labs, where he led a global, intensive operational and financial eight-month reset. Earlier in his career, Guy was CEO of a consumer products business, and an Advisor at West Monroe and Bain & Company.
In private equity, Guy was Managing Director and lead US Operating Partner for nine years at TowerBrook Capital Partners, a global investment firm focused on businesses in distribution, logistics, fintech, retail and media/sports, where he oversaw all major value creation efforts in partnership with CEOs and management. In all capacities, Guy has been an active Board participant and member, including serving as Independent Director at Jacuzzi Group, a global manufacturer and distributor of premium spas.
Guy received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemistry from The College of William & Mary where he was a Division I athlete. He is a Cleveland, OH native and deeply involved in growing the sport of soccer in the United States.

Eric Levengood is a Senior Managing Director of Consello Investment Banking. He has over 30 years of investment banking experience primarily at Citigroup for over 20 years.
Over the course of his career, Eric has advised companies across a wide range of industries including Industrial Technology, Autos/Mobility, Business Services, Imaging, and Additive Manufacturing, with the majority of his time spent with large, Diversified Industrials. He has leveraged his background in both investment banking and corporate finance to assist clients with transformational M&A, acquisition and strategic financing, IPOs, carveouts, spin-offs, split-offs and other value-enhancing and value-distributing strategies.
Eric holds an M.B.A and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
Yosuke “Nishi” Nishibayashi is a Managing Director of Consello Investment Banking.
As an investment banker with nearly two decades of experience, Nishi has advised on many landmark M&A transactions across various sectors. Nishi specializes in advising public company M&A transactions including take-private, merger-of-equals, public company sale transactions, as well as spin-offs and carve-outs. During his career, Nishi has advised on over $500 billion in closed M&A transactions. Prior to joining Consello, Nishi was a senior investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley in New York. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Nishi was an investment banker in Lazard’s General Industries Group in New York and J.P. Morgan in Tokyo.

Sae Lee is a Managing Director of Consello Investment Banking.
Prior to joining Consello in 2022, Sae was a senior investment banker in Bank of America’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group in New York. While at Bank of America, he specialized in advising public and private company M&A transactions, IPOs, debt and private placement equity capital raise transactions, capital structure and capital deployment advisory and various other corporate finance advice for key companies in the consumer & retail sectors. Prior to Bank of America, Sae was an investment banker at Guggenheim’s Consumer and Retail Group. Sae began his career as a management consultant at Accenture.

Chief Technology Officer of Consello Tech
Sameer Khanna is the Chief Technology Officer of Consello Tech.
Sameer has spent over fifteen years leading software engineering teams across multiple industries including healthcare, enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, and digital marketing. At Consello, Sameer is responsible for building the firm’s bespoke tech stack, a centralized system that will enable Consello to have a data-driven enterprise function as a key component of both its investing and advisory offerings globally.
Sameer was most recently Senior Vice President of Engineering at Pager, a virtual care platform that brings together concierge services with advanced technology to help 23 million patients navigate, coordinate, and access whole-person healthcare. Before Pager, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Sotheby’s Home/Viyet, an online consignment marketplace specializing in vintage and antique furniture, decorations, art, and accessories; Sotheby’s acquired Viyet in 2018. Sameer also held various tech positions at several highly regarded start-ups, including Lot18/Tasting Room (backed by NEA and Accel Partners).
Sameer received an M.S. in Computer Science from New York University and a B.S. in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Alex Latushkin is a Managing Director at Consello.
He brings 20 years of professional experience in investment research, private equity and investment banking to Consello. Prior to Consello, Alex worked as an Investor at Balyasny Asset Management, a $20BN global investment firm focused on public equities. Before Balyasny, he worked as a Senior Analyst at several other hedge funds, including Manikay Partners, Tiger Global and Tyrian Investments. Prior to public markets investment research, he was a Private Equity Associate at Quilvest Private Equity, a private equity firm based in New York. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in M&A and Financial Restructuring at Houlihan Lokey.
Alex received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
Corrin Silver is Managing Director at Consello where she works across the platform, advising the world’s top companies. Corrin is a strategic operating leader with a wide breadth of experience launching new businesses from 0 to 1, scaling hyper-growth organizations, and executing company-wide transformations. She is a general manager with a proven track record of effectively delivering strong financial and operational results. Before joining Consello, Corrin led International Expansion at DoorDash where she was instrumental in expanding their geographic footprint into Europe and Asia. From 2018 – 2020, Corrin held various leadership roles at WeWork, including Chief Financial Officer of the Enterprise business unit. She also created the Strategy and Operations function and later led the Transformation and Turnaround effort.
Before moving into operating roles, Corrin spent eight years at Bain & Company working out of their London and New York offices. As an Associate Partner focused on tech, retail, consumer products and private equity, Corrin collaborated as a trusted advisor with clients’ C-level executives to drive strategic and operational profit growth. She was responsible for strategy and solution development, project management, senior client relationships and team management.
Corrin received an M.B.A. in Operations from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College where she graduated with honors.
Jonathan Quigley is a Managing Director at Consello with more than 20 years of experience in business development and client relationship management across a range of industries and sectors.
Prior to Consello, Jonathan led new platform investment origination for Brightstar Capital Partners and established their Marketing and Communications team. Prior to Brightstar he led a variety of functions at the World Economic Forum in New York and Geneva. During the 10+ years he was with the Forum, he established their Family Business Community, led their Strategic Partnership Group, was Head of Business Development for Western Europe and established their Business Operations team.
Earlier in his career Jonathan worked with marketing agencies in the Middle East before joining the International Secretariat for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Geneva. He was responsible for developing the business engagement teams across a number of European and Middle Eastern markets before going on to lead the development of an array of innovative, sustainability-focused international partnerships with leading Fortune 500 companies.

Paul Gunning is a Senior Managing Director at Consello.
He is the former President and Chief Operating Officer in the U.S. for the global advertising network DDB Worldwide (DDB), overseeing offices in New York, Chicago, St. Louis and San Francisco. During his time at DDB, Paul led advertising campaigns for world-class brands such as McDonald’s, the U.S. Army, State Farm, MillerCoors and Jeep.
Prior to DDB, Paul was the Global CEO of Tribal Worldwide, the digital marketing agency wholly owned by DDB with 64 offices in 42 countries. And most recently, Paul was the Chief Marketing Officer for Lyric Opera of Chicago.
Paul received an M.B.A. in Marketing from DePaul University and a B.A. from The College of Wooster.
Serena has overcome insurmountable odds to win 23 career Grand Slams. Her tennis achievements, combined with her off-court success in business, philanthropy and fashion, make her one of the most recognizable icons in the world.
In November 2021, Williams served as an executive producer for the Academy Award-nominated film, “King Richard,” a biopic based on her family.
In March 2022, Serena Ventures launched its venture capital fund and currently maintains a portfolio of over 60 companies with a focus on diverse leadership.

Sir Nigel is also a member of the board of luxury car company Aston Martin Lagonda; Chair of Arbuthnot Latham, a regulated bank; and a Non-Executive Director of the bank’s AIM-listed holding company, Arbuthnot Banking Group. Sir Nigel is also the Chairman of Mile Group Unlimited and Glyde Group Unlimited, which control ABP Food Group, Blackrock Health Group and certain property interests.
Sir Nigel was a Partner at the law firm Slaughter and May from 1982 until 2019, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory and practiced sports law and art law. During his time at the firm, he headed the corporate practice, the Africa practice and the Art Law practice. He was awarded a Knighthood in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in June 2022 for services to the legal profession.
Sir Nigel is Chair of Help for Heroes, a military veterans’ charity, is Trustee and Chair designate of the Medical College of Saint Bartholomew’s Hospital Trust, a charity funding medical research, and is Trustee Emeritus and a member of the audit committee for the British Museum. Sir Nigel was previously a non-executive board member of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and chaired its audit committee.
Pau is a former All-Pro NBA Player and spent over 20 years as a professional basketball player. During his career, Pau was a two-time NBA Champion, six-time All Star and four-time All-NBA Selection. He is also a three-time Olympic medalist and has won a FIBA Basketball World Cup title. Pau won two NBA championships with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Pau is the Co-Founder and President of the Gasol Foundation, whose aim is to reduce childhood obesity through promoting four healthy habits.
Pau also serves as a Member of the International Olympic Committee’s Athletes’ Commission and is a Global Champion for Nutrition and Zero Childhood Obesity at UNICEF.
Joe served as CEO and Chairman of TD Ameritrade from 2001 to 2020 until the Charles Schwab acquisition. At the close, the combined company was worth $100 billion and had client assets of $7 trillion. When Joe began, those numbers were $700 million and $24 billion.
Joe achieved a distinguished football career as the Head Coach at Coastal Carolina. Over his last 11 years, he was part of 8 championship teams.
He is the Chair of Fundamental Global and Capital Wealth Advisors, and Chair of Athletics and Executive Advisor to the President at Coastal Carolina University. Joe has received numerous awards and recognitions over his unique career, including the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. Joe has also received multiple Coach of the Year honors, been inducted into 8 halls of fame, received 3 honorary doctorates, and is the only author on the topics of both investing and football.
Dr. Anita Sands
Anita is an expert in enterprise transformation and innovation. Anita has advised management teams on a broad range of business and governance issues including IPOs, SPACs, hyper-growth and scaling, major M&A, divestitures, private equity and activist investors, multiple CEO transitions, operational restructuring, regulatory requirements and investigations.
Anita currently serves on the Board of Directors of ServiceNow, Nubank, Unqork, Circle and JumpCloud. Anita is a SPAC Director of the Vision Fund for SoftBank and was a Director of Khosla Ventures Acquisition Corp II. She also is a Venture Partner at NEA. Anita has previously served on the Boards of Pure Storage, Thoughtworks, Symantec and others.
She was previously a James Wei Visiting Professor in Female Entrepreneurship at Princeton University. Anita held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Change Leadership at UBS. Her career spans roles in finance at Citigroup, RBC, and CIBC. Anita earned a PhD in Atomic and Molecular Physics and a MPP from Carnegie Mellon University.
Jeffrey has over 50 years of experience in asset management. Jeffrey is Chair of the Board of Aviva N.A. Holdings Ltd and serves on the Board of Aviva Investors Holdings Ltd. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Grosvenor Fund Management and Director of Grosvenor Group Limited. Jeffrey was the Founding and Managing Partner at Buttonwood Capital Partners.
He spent the majority of his career at Goldman Sachs as a Partner, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International. Prior to Goldman, Jeffrey was with Wertheim & Co.
He graduated with a B.S. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
